A new look for companion spirits
Genies are familiar Perfect World companion spirits with their own progression, skills and Lucky Points systems. This category focuses on their visual layer: models, textures, animations and effects for client or server modifications. A product page should clearly separate graphics from gameplay mechanics so the buyer does not expect a ready genie, new attributes or a balance change.
What to check before replacing a genie model
Identify the client branch, resource being replaced, animation bindings and supported appearance stages. Older and newer PW builds may organize files differently, while private PvP and PvE servers often add their own changes. Test the model in a development client beside the interface, in motion and with its effects, without altering server-side skill parameters.
Preserving a clear and recognizable design
A genie stays close to the character and often appears beside combat effects, so silhouette, scale and controlled brightness matter. On a PvP build, verify that the model does not cover the target, status indicators or skill animations. Compare actual video with product images and confirm that every demonstrated effect is included in the archive. Redistribution through a public client patch must also be allowed by the product license.
